  • Where can I find my Machine ID?

    • You can find it in Control Center > Help > About
      The Machine ID will remain the same when you uninstall and reinstall NinjaTrader but it may change if you modify the hardware on your computer or reinstall Windows platform

  • How can I import an Indicator to my NinjaTrader 8?

    • In the Control Center > Tools > Import > NinjaScript…
      Navigate to and choose the indicator file (just choose the .zip file you've downloaded, don't unzip the file)
      In case a warning messages appears, click "Yes"

  • How can I remove an indicator from my NinjaTrader 8?

    • In the Control Center > Tools > Remove NinjaScript…
      Select the indicator you want to remove and click "Remove"
